my INTENTION for the Lionhearted spirit - How to tame fear and heal bravely

I wrote this book for patients past and present; health practitioners and students; carers, self-carers and anyone who’s ever experienced the debilitating effects of fear - myself included. It offers a comprehensive and holistic guide to taming fear and healing bravely, synthesising 25 years of naturopathic experience and deep personal inquiry.

Readers will discover that nutrition, herbal medicine, sleep, meditation, nature, hormones and loving thoughts are all relevant to our emotional experience, and how to harness them for healing.
